1. Currency and Pricing

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars, shown on the product and checkout pages. GST is included in the price.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Flossim delivers to most addresses around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout, and vary based on location and shipping method.

While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

3. Customer Service

Flossim is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1–3 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, your order, or life in general, email

4. Return Policy

We may be able to provide you with a refund if your order has not been processed, and we’ve been able to successfully request a cancellation of your order.

If your order has been processed, currently in transit or has been delivered, we are unable to provide a refund (exception of where we are required by law). Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or selection error.

We will accept returns only if the two below conditions are met and can be proven:

  1. Goods were purchased from website
  2. If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t do what they are supposed to do

If these conditions are met, you can choose between a refund or exchange (to the same value).

You must notify Flossim of your reason and intention for wanting to return product(s) within a reasonable timeframe, this notification should contain the following information: customer name, date of purchase, the order number, batch number of product if faulty, items being returned and the reason for the return.

Whilst Flossim takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by us that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.

Flossim reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part Flossim. Flossim will not be bound by incorrect information that appears on the Site or in any other document or information issued by Flossim.

The contents of our website, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) use by its users.

You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying.

Your delivery fees will calculated at check out.

Free Shipping within Australia when you spend more than $50.

Free International Shipping when you spend more than $100.


Due to the nature of our product we can not accept returns. However we will replace damaged products or correct any shipping errors that may have been made.
